MESA-OUTREACH Board, Staff and the Food Pantry Volunteers are sad to see Janet Newsom announce her retirement from her role as MESA’s Food Pantry Manager effective 3.31.23. Since mid-December, Janet has been training her replacement, Jeanie Borawski, as MESA’s next Food Pantry Manager. Souper Bowl of Caring 2023

MESA’s Souper Bowl of Caring 2023 Update: THANK YOU to Harmony School of Achievement, Pack 1445, BSA Troop 120, Bridgeland Key Club, Mayde Creek HS Girls Soccer Team and all the donors and volunteers who brought 8,511 pounds of food to the pantry, weighed, dated, sorted and stocked it. Steve and Beth Herold have announced that as of December 31, 2022, they are retiring from serving at MESA’s Food Pantry. They have been volunteering and working at the Food Pantry since 2012. During the past ten years, they have been the face and point of contact for many of MESA’s clients, volunteers, food suppliers, and donors, welcoming all who connect with MESA and the food pantry.
