MESA-OUTREACH, INC. held it’s annual “Stuff the Bus” event, on Monday, August 12, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Bear Creek United Methodist Church. This cherished community initiative, made possible with funding provided by the Charity Guild of Catholic Women and in-kind donations, aims to provide essential school supplies for underserved students in the Bear Creek and surrounding areas, ensuring that every child has the tools they need to succeed in the classroom. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Karen Clayton, founding Board Member and the first Food Pantry Director at MESA-OUTREACH, INC. Karen was a servant at heart. She was an elementary school teacher and later served as the Pre-school Director at Bear Creek United Methodist Church where she was also a member.
